Winter Senior

Who says senior portraits are only done in the summer. I had a great session yesterday with Sarah. She was so much fun to work with. I barely had to give her any direction at all. This was a great session to do after having just come back from the Senior Portrait Artists conference. Usually I'm waiting a few months before my first senior session after the conferences, so this was great to come back and jump right in. Just a note to the Class of 2010. The earlier you come in for your senior portraits, the better the deals are. Help us spread the word in your school and get some really cool things for free, including cash. Senior Test Shoot

We are in search of several senior reps from each school to help us spread the word. We will be conducting tests shoots over the next few weeks at no charge to find the seniors that will best fit our plans. There is no obligation and each senior will receive a free Facebook photo. SPA Models

As part of the Senior Portrait Artists Conference, member studios shoot seniors that are entered into the SPA Models competition, in which entered high school senior models have a chance to win a trip to that years SPA Conference to model for the photographers, as well as being able to win SPA Model of the Year. Each of the finalists are also connected with modeling agents to begin heir modeling careers. As a SPA member studio, look for details on the 2010 SPA Model competition on our blog and website in the next few months.

Want Pizza?

On Tuesday, December 16, I will be hosting a Class of 2010 Senior Focus Group so I can pick your brains on what you want and like regarding senior portraits. I am looking for 15 students, both guys and girls to participate. It will take about an hour and we will have pizza and soda for you, as well as some cool things to take with you, like cash, discounts, iTunes gift cards and more. Memory Books

The shooting season for seniors has slowed since the year book deadlines have past. The winter sports season is getting under way. Don't let your final season slip by without taking advantage of one of our sports action sessions. We can create an amazing Memory Book filled with action shots and studio shots as you play the final chapter of your high school sports career. We have been busy creating some very cool memory books from the summer sessions. Here is a sample of Melanie's book.

Hey seniors. The yearbook deadlines are on top of us, but that doesn't mean we're done shooting. Have us come out to one of your fall sports games to get some really cool action shots, or take advantage of having your uniform and come in for a studio sports session. See our fall special in the post below.

Fall Sports

With the fall sports season in full gear (no pun intended), give us a call to schedule a sports action session. This could be in the studio with your equipment or a location shoot at one of your home games.

Fall Special

It's not too late to get your senior photos done. We can still get your photo in before the yearbook deadline, but it doesn't end there. Take advantage of the approaching fall foliage season with an outdoor session. Through the end of October, we will include an hour long fall foliage session when you book any studio session of an hour or longer.

Dog Days of Summer

I can tell Summer is coming to a close by the volume of seniors we are doing. I have not left the shooting room in days. I have edited a random sampling of images from the past few days, but this is just the tip of the ice berg.
